Ingredients

Epsom salts to help relax your muscles and aid muscle cramps as the magnesium is said to help to promote wellbeing and sleep.  Bicarbonate of Soda for gentle skin cleansing abilities. Citric acid for gentle fizz.  Apricot Kernel Oil to help soften the skin.Foaming agents to create that foaminess.

Add a handful to your bath , swirl the salts until they dissolve and relax.

Storage and caution.

Do not leave your salts in a damp/cold/humid/light place and of course keep away from little hands as they are not suitable for children under 3 and as with all bath products should never be allowed to be ingested.
