The story of Madame Fizz begins here.
I will admit that my journey into making bath treats was in many ways accidental.
In 2018 our youngest child fell ill. I gave up work to care for him and one day , I purchased a bath bomb kit for us to have something to do whilst he was off school.
That day we had lots of fun and we enjoyed it so much that I purchased more equipment. After some time his interest dwindled , but mine had only just begun.
By now friends and family were asking me to make products for them. I decided to take the plunge , get my products assessed and launched Madame Fizz in October 2019.
I now have 5 stockists in North Wales and I'm always looking for more across the country.
I'm expanding my range and also developing a professional range for salons as my background is beauty and I want to make items that are affordable, useful and interesting for therapists to sell on without the commitment of having to purchase lots of stock.
Although at the time of writing this , we are in the grip of a pandemic. I feel Madame Fizz is my safe and happy place. And I'm so grateful to have wonderful customers that support me.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags UNOPENED, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on how to return your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not cover your postage for a return .
We do not refund your postage costs for a return .
Please ensure that you have obtained proof of postage as we will not be liable for any items lost in the post. Please ensure your item is adequately wrapped . Should it be broken in the post we not accept it as a valid return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised items, commissioned items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to lengthy delays with royal mail, we cannot guarantee that your delivery will not be delayed.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. This is unavoidable in some cases and we can't be held responsible for this delay.
Our packaging is eco friendly and plastic free wherever possible. Your packing nuts can dissolve in water, we re purpose boxes wherever possible and our packaging including the bubble wrap is compostable and biodegradable.
